Tactical Teaching

Hi, my name is Greg Jacobs and I am the course instructor for Tactical teaching. I am a Mechanical Engineer and was lucky enough to study at Stellenbosch University.

The year that Covid first struck was my final year of university. We were forced into online learning which we were all extremely disappointed about. However, as the year progressed, my friends and I started to realize that there were huge benefits to learning online. 

We could work in our own time. We no longer had to miss an early morning surf or a round of golf as we could simply schedule our day around when we would work.

We found that we could also learn at our own pace. In so many previous lectures, we would lose track of what the lecturer was saying and would leave the lecture not fully grasping the concept that they were trying to explain. However, with learning online we could go back and watch the lectures twice and maybe three times over until we fully understood the concept.

With many High School students being negatively affected due to Covid, I realized that there was a huge need for effective and in-depth online learning material, which learners could use to work on in their own time and at their own pace. 

Tactical Teaching is an online course platform where the entire syllabus of the subjects offered is presented in clear and concise video lessons. 

With the video lessons and the access to the online community, we at tactical Teaching believe that anyone who purchases a course will have a better understanding of the syllabus and will achieve better marks.
